High school level of knowledge. One year experience in commercial, non-residential maintenance and housekeeping preferred. Must be able to operate a variety of equipment and use hand and power tools safely. Must be willing to perform basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks and follow instructions with minimum supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Compliance with Universal Precautions and OSHA requirements and an understanding of MSDS required. EOE |
